2. Definitions
- "Service" "Service" refers to the Mooly AI Bot platform and related features.
- "User" "User" refers to an individual or organization that registers and uses the Service.
- "Content" "Content" refers to any data, text, or images uploaded or generated through the Service.
3. Terms of Use
To use the Service, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older, or have the consent of a legal guardian.
- Provide accurate information when registering an account.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Not use the Service for any illegal purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including software, design, logos, and content created by us, belong to Mooly. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
5. Payment and Refunds
Paid service plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle. Refund policy:
- 100% refund within the first 7 days if the service has not been used.
- No refund for used credits.
- Cancellation can be made at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mooly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the most recent 12 months.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if a violation of these terms is detected. You may also delete your account at any time through settings.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Important changes will be notified via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
